LLAYD has been selected as the winner of the Vine Street RFQ, awarding us the opportunity to renovate and revitalize 8 properties in Baltimore.
This transformative project will be executed through strategic partnerships including Tyjuan Amor LLC and other community-focused development partners. Together, we're turning blight into opportunity and building stronger neighborhoods.

LLAYD has been awarded a Baltimore Revitalization and Neighborhood Initiative (BRNI) Grant from the State of Maryland for our "Live Life As You Dream Revitalization" project.
This grant, part of House Bill 351 (Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2025), will support our community development initiatives in Baltimore, including our partnership with Tyjuan Amor LLC on the historic 1816 N. Charles Street project.
In partnership with Tyjuan Amor LLC, LLAYD is transforming this historic 1900 three-story building in the Charles North neighborhood into a vibrant community hub.
Located at the corner of W. Trenton Street along Baltimore's Historic Charles Street National Scenic Byway, this property will serve as a cornerstone for community development and entrepreneurship.

Where every cup connects people and purpose. A cozy community cafe led by youth entrepreneurs (ages 14-19), featuring locally roasted coffee, barista training, and a space for creativity, networking, and social impact.
